The customer experience was fantastic. Super fast delivery, the packaging was top notch and there was even a hand-written thank you note which is a nice touch from a small business.
The desk mat itself is excellent quality, especially when you are getting an integrated wireless charger for the same price as most standard desk mats.
I would really like to see them optimise the product a little further and offer more size options. Something I hadn't considered is that the mat is very cramped with a full-size keyboard, which I hadn't noticed from the product photos that all use a compact Apple keyboard. You also have to position the phone quite far down the mat to line up with the charging pad, which again reduces the usable space with a full-size keyboard. Would be nice to include some diagrams on the product page showing keyboard / laptop sizes relative to the size of the mat.
Having said that, I'm still so happy with it that I'll likely regift this mat to a friend and buy another larger one if it ever becomes available.
