A. If the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, we offer a 14 calendar day return period on change of mind purchases. If you meet the criteria for a return, please get in contact with us and we'll organise a return.
Q. I think my wireless charging desk mat is faulty, what should I do?
A. In the unlikely event that your new desk mat is faulty, please get in touch with us immediately and we will organise a replacement if necessary.

Q. How do I know if my phone or device is wireless charging enabled?
A. Refer to your device user guide or send us a message with the make and model of your device and we'll get back to you in 24 hours or less.
Q. Can I charge more than one device on the Desk Mat Pro?
A. Currently, only one device can be charged at any given time.
Q. Will the Desk Mat Pro charge my Apple Watch or Garmin Device?
A. Unfortunately, at this stage, Desk Mat Pro does not support charging of Apple Watches or Garmin devices.
Q. Will my device charge with a case on?
A. Most likely, yes. With a 6mm charging distance, you should be able to charge your device whilst the case is on. Some heavy duty cases may be too thick. Do not attempt to charge your device whilst using a charging/ battery case or cases made from metal.
Q. What should I do to help my new Desk Mat flatten?
A. Your new desk mat should fully flatten within 72 hours of unrolling. In the event that some edges are failing to lay flush with your desk, place a paper weight, book or small weighted object on top of the problem area.
Q. How long does it take to achieve a full charge when using the Desk Mat Pro?
A. This will depend on a few different factors. One being the power adapter you are using, and also the make and model of the device being charged. Please get in touch with us with the device and power adapter you plan to use with your new Desk Mat Pro. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with more specific information.
